Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange within 15 days of the original purchase date.
Exchanges
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
- You can exchange an item for a different size, color, or style within 7 days of your original purchase.
- We'll cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. But if you decide to keep both items, you'll need to pay for the second item and its shipping.
- Sorry, no exchanges on custom or personalized items. We don't want to see your face printed on a t-shirt you're trying to swap out.
Refund Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition as when they left our warehouse - no rips, stains, or alien slime. We're not running a used clothing store here.
- Please return items with the original packaging. We know it's tempting to use the box as a home for your pet, but we kind of need that back.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless your order was delivered by a herd of donkeys. In that case, we'll happily refund the shipping.
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable. We don't want to see your name stitched onto a sweater you're trying to return.
How to Get Your Money Back (without having to beg-a sign of a loyal brand ig?)
If you're unhappy with your purchase, just shoot us an email at dress2slayy@gmail.com within 15 days. Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund - like "My dog ate it" or "It didn't fit my cow."
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days, which is just enough time for you to get a new outfit for your next adventure. If you have any other questions, let us know. We're here to help, and we promise we won't judge if you tell us you used the item to build a tree house.
